App shows screen that it is needed to be updated but there is no update on the App Store Devs please fix
It is not a proper medical consultation
This service doesn’t provide any documentation regarding the medical assistance provided. No insurance lists, no medical report, Nothing. Pls Beware.
Very helpful!
I twisted my ankle in Cluj, Romania. Making a video appointment was my best option. I was able to get a same day appointment & within a few hours everything was sorted. Very nice doctor who listened.

Convenient
I’m abroad for the summer and got sick with a terrible sinus infection. Air doc was super convenient and I was able to see a doctor virtually and get a prescription all within a few hours. Could not be more grateful.

Professional service. Very user friendly. Easy to book through their app and extremely necessary when feeling very weak. The doctor was nice and efficient . I highly recommend!!!
App doesn’t work well
Tried for an hour to set up an appointment to get reoccurring communication errors even though my connection was fine. Did WhatsApp, live call and nothing worked. Not helpful
Exactly what I was looking for when traveling abroad!
Easy to use. All info at fingertips in seconds. Takes worry and concern out of the picture when traveling with health issues or for a health emergency. Highly recommend!
