Air France Play

The app used to be ok to good. But the choice of newspapers and magazine is very limited now. Only another certain German company is even worse. Also, the app decided to wipe all the content I had downloaded for previous flights. Come on, AF/KLM, you can do better! PS. Late August 23: the app is getting worse…even less choice of downloads now. No wonder KLM wants to decouple from Air Arrogance…

Almost useless for non French speakers

Useless app. Cannot download FT or anything else. The app from KLM used to work.

The update removed all items downloaded so far, and does not allow to add new items. In short: useless

When relaunching the app the previously downloaded content cannot be reopened. Suddenly some content even disappears when trying to open it. I removed and reinstalled the app twice, but to no avail. Moreover the app is sluggish when downloading content. Covers of magazines/newspapers often don't appear.

Toegang wordt gewijgerd, mijn login code en password van Flying Blue (Platinum for Life) wordt niet herkend, vluchtnummer voor AF vlucht naar Mumbai staat geen downloads toe: kortom een waardeloze App. Update July 2016: de nieuwe versie maar weer eens geprobeerd en zie: nog steeds geen toegang met mijn Flying Blue account! Als extra bonus is nu mijn Flying Blue geblokkeerd wegens de meerdere toegangspogingen. Hoe slecht kunnen ze het verzinnen? De App heb ik nu definitief verwijderd om NOOIT meer te proberen.

Un service bien agréable et efficace :-)

Il serait très bien d’avoir une application pour ordinateur portable car consulter les magazines sur téléphone n’est pas pratique.

Très déçue de la limitation des téléchargements sur air Play alors que je ne lis pas tous les magazines à la fois pendant le vol

Le chargement de l’application peut prendre plus d’une minute!! Avec la dernière mise à jour.
