Air Miles - ME

Can’t login on the iOS app. This despite logging in fine on a computer and using cut/paste with 1Password and being an IT engineer. App tells you incorrect pwd which is categorically. It the case.

Doesn’t offer much value

It would be better if they had more attractive exchange rate for air miles

The app is definitely useful to redeem the air Miles that I got from my HSBC credit card. I managed to get a couple of flights to go back home with very minimal spend. The only issue that I came across is the number of notifications that appear on the app logo (sometimes 20 or even 99) which are actually just one or two once I open the app to check. Can somebody fix this bug?

I always have the red circle on the app icon saying I have 22 notifications. When I go into the App I only have 2 inbox messages. Very annoying. Sometimes it says 16 sometimes is says 10 but it is never the same amount as the actual messages in my inbox

For the last week it just hangs when opening the app on iOS 15. Have deleted app and now can’t even download it again. Very poor app.

I can’t even log in. Constant “unexpected system error” or it telling me my password is incorrect when it isn’t.

App itself is buggy, offer details are far from clear (eg/ 14,000 miles for a voucher, no indication of what the voucher is worth), and very little co-operation with vendors. Staff at vendors are usually unaware there is even a scheme, so there is so much hassle in redeeming the vouchers, I would pay full price to avoid it. All in all, the whole thing is useless.

This app remains terrible for so long. Fix it or just bin it
