Unique response compared to similar prompts on other apps

The app does not work very well. After countless attempts to speak to a real person, I never reached anyone about the problems that I experienced. I wrote several text and they said that they were working on my problems. After several weeks I deleted the app, but they are still trying to withdraw money from my account. Beware people. Do not download this app.

On going issue. I request a song, time passes and then I get a timeout error, but it still deducts the credits I paid for. Contacted CS but no resolution it just keeps stealing credits.
