Air NZ

This unfortunately is not the first time and it means a whole new international flight. We gave ourselves 4+ hours to make our connection but still not enough for Air NZ as the flight from Nelson to Auckland was simply cancelled with no possibility of rerouting. Monopoly breeds contempt.

We are my wife and I very désappointed. Our original fligh has been put forward by 10 hours but the second Flight Hong Kong stays at the same hours. That means we have to wait 10 hours in the airport and the top op that no Air New Zealand or staralliance lounges where open. We were not able to have a shower and get Some rest during this useless time. We are dissatisfied because you changed our flight and did not give any voutcher for another lounge in Hong-Kong. I have been travelling with ANZ for more than 20 years this kind of incident will make me think twice when I will book with you if nothing is done to fix this issue. Doesn’t work (Apple 10 S)

Clearly ahead of the competition in so many aspects, Air New Zealand do it again, with an app that is useful, informative and a pleasure to use. Well done to all the guys and girls who made this work! I look forward to future functionality being added for overseas trips etc.

This app is generally pretty good. It’s efficient and effective except for one major defect. It constantly bugs you about ordering coffee. I don’t need notifications about ordering coffee. I know that I can order coffee. I want to know if the plane is late or not going but I do not need to be constantly bugged about ordering coffee so please in New Zealand take that functionality off the app.

Extremely slow now due to it trying to authenticate. Terribly slow. It’s gone from a good app to a terrible one. Needs to use Face ID when loading the app instead.

Air New Zealand are always our 1st choice. Reliable, safe, comfortable, and good food.
