App never updates with gate or change in flight status/time.

Downloaded the app, scanned the passport and I’ve been able be ready for my international flight in few minutes. Pleasantly surprised by the great user experience

Trenutno sam saznala da je mome bratu i njegovoj ženi pokradeno većinu ličnih stvari iz prtljaga koji je kasnio dvije sedmice. Znam da nema nikakve veze sa aplikacijom ali bio bi red da se zna. Znate naplatiti a ne znate poštovati svoje putnike. Nemate baš najbolji rekord, u mojoj familiji naročito relacija Čikago-Srbija. Stalno problem sa prtljagom, šta se to dešava?

I used it for the first time this year to check in my family for a flight. Thus far, it works very well

I would like to use this app for when I use Serbia Air, however it doesn’t let me log in ever. I have tried for over a week and nothing. The password is correct, I can log onto the webpage with it, but nothing. Is it safe to say this app does not work?

Đubre od aplikacije koje je totalno nefunkcinalno gde izgubiš vreme i na kraju shvatiš da moraš koristiti web aplikaciju koja se takođe raspada. Žalosno i sramota.

App is broken. Can not check in it just spins me in the loop asking for my emergency contact over and over again.

Airserbia app is quite nice, I like it, I was able to purchase tickets easily and search for some flights. However, there is definitely a big improvement missing: It is impossible to cancel the flight in the app or in the website! For such a simple operation I had to call them and wait for the answer for 24 minutes. This seems to be very unnecessary. Airserbia, please improve it, help to safe time for your clients and for your employees in the call-centers. Just allow ticket refund right in the app or in the web ( of course for the tickets with a refund option)

Postoje razni propusti u aplikazije koji su jednostavno ne dopustivi. Počevši od toga da nije moguće uneti srpska slova ć, č, š, đ, ž u polje za prezime do liste za navigaciju koja je suviše pomerena u desno kada se meni otvori, te tom prilikom se neki tekstovi nevide u celosti jer su duži od dostupnog prostora...
