Pretty basic app . Makes Alaska look like rock stars.

I purchased tickets online directly from Air Tahiti. When I tried to add my tickets to the app, it said no passenger info found. I tried both the booking reference and electronic ticket number, and both failed to locate my reservation. Hopefully, they have my reservation at the airport when I check in!

Agreeing with most the other reviews here. I downloaded this app because the Air Tahiti website is terrible when trying to enter passenger info. Open the app, and not only is the button layout broken, but attempting to enter my passenger info just sends me to the website. So basically this app is just a poorly written portal to their poorly written web site.

Simply put, this app is useless. I received email notifications of flight changes. First moving my flight a day up. Then moving it a day forward of the original confirmed booking. The cost for an additional hotel day stay is over $3000. They simply move the flights and apologize for any inconvenience. Then the app doesn’t show the change. The original flight. Or even a customer service number. Impossible.

Where is the checkin capability? Had to use a desktop to checkin. And then couldn’t get a print out of the. Boarding pass

Difficult to determine where to manage your account, enter club number, and choose seats. Doesn’t look like on the website you can login to your account and see your flights. There is no phone number for customer service. And doesn’t seem to allow you to connect to One World despite being a member.

Garbage.

I need to mange my bookin in English, how I can do that?

Our experience with Air Tahiti Nui has been very positive. However when attempting to checkin using the app I was unable to locate this feature!
