I had to quit your app and log in to your homepage instead. We have booked a flight this coming Friday and wanted to use the app to feel secure at the airport I could not use it in the airport either for updates on gate information

I’m a big fan of AirBaltic and their customer service which is why I’m surprised that their App is not up to their normal standards.The booking function leads back to the company website where one can start all over entering membership information and traveller details again. Seems like they should have developed some more before launching.

I can’t enter my booking in the app (to have access to it from there) - it leads me to check in homepage. And the homepage is not working together with app (fx membership number is not accepted in the homepage despite the fact that I copied it from my app). And my seat voucher was not added while booking and is not possible to add later on. Not a fan.

The Shake & win campaign that keeps getting promoted in the app isn’t working for three days already. It worked before, I tried reinstalling the app but nothing. Generally, also not the most user-friendly app

It’s not clear how to login to AirBalticicClub app. Password that is used for AirBaltic account won’t work in this app. Reset window resets AirBaltic account password, and won’t work inside app. Also not clear who can assist with this.
