Just does not work. 2nd day trying … hours wasted on poorly designed product. Instructions are not very helpful. Support ? Still waiting …
The AirBolt GPS does not work as advertised, and the support team is refusing to refund the expensive subscription.
The app, manual and web site have different interfaces making it difficult to know which settings to use. This app lags behind the web site as it still says Geofencing coming soon although it is available on the web site. The app and web site should use the same terms so that the online documentation is correct for both.
They are great at helping you trouble shoot issues but when you’re all out of options and request to cancel your account you hear nothing back. Numerous emails sent to cancel and no replies
This is yet another folly of mine, buying a piece of garbage after I’ve had three other locks all fail. I had hoped that they would get this right. Instead, it took them six extra months to actually get the product in my hands and it like the other stuff they sold me doesn’t work don’t buy this garbage this stuff must be made in some village in lower China because the manufacturers don’t care, and they could care less about you as a customer. Singularly unresponsive!!!
App does not open. I can’t even try to use the lock
I bought a new lock and cannot get it too paid with my iPhone 14 Pro Max. It keeps giving me a “Connection Timeout” error even though it’s connected to my phone’s Bluetooth.
Abysmal. Absolutely abysmal. So bad even I’m embarrassed writing this review. I’ve experienced some hardware issues with my AirBolt locking and unlocking and messaging with AirBolt customer support has got to be one of the most frustrating experiences imaginable. When I say a full month went by before one of my emails was returned, I’m not exaggerating even by a day. This happens well into our conversation, not at the beginning. I just receive a response February 2nd from my last email on December 30th. Now the rep refuses to honor my request for a different associate to help me with my issue. Claiming she’s “escalating” my issue….which adds no other employees to the conversation, no additional contact, no expedited responses, and no value to my support transaction.
Update 7/27/22. With new app release 3.1.3/105, issues have resolved and works as expected !
