Aircoach

I have booked several tickets via the website, App never shows them Awful App, totally unreliable, but the actual bus service is good… needs to get its online service together.

You used to be able to track when an air coach was coming on the website. The times of the bus can be a bit inconsistent which is understandable giving the distance they cover. But to lose that feature makes booking with Aircoach very frustrating as you can be waiting hours for busses that never show up. If you want to track an Aircoach though I figured out some genius at bustimes.org is tracking them. Hopefully that helps you on your journey.

Aircoach used to offer a great feature - the ability to see where a bus was, so you could work out how long you had to wait (or if you needed to find alternate transport). That site is dead, and this app doesn't provide that functionality. I'm sure the other features are useful, but the key feature for me is missing (and with reduced service, knowing if the coach is delayed for the airport trip is kind of essential).

In my opinion, the Aircoach app is the best intercity coach app in Ireland. It’s logical layout and intuitive interface create a easy to use seamless booking and ticket storing interface. Well done Aircoach!

This app is not working - paid money twice and no ticket confirmation or booking received.

Very bad app. Doesn’t link with the website, it means if you book a ticket online then you can’t see the ticket on the App. You need to log using a browser to see the nn ticket. Very often bus appears on website but not on app. Finally, tickets are not stored efficiently
