It’s hard to understand how a company of the size and stature of Air Europa can just allow their app to continue so buggy for so long.

I had many problems booking my flight with this application and buying my seats. I do not recommend it to anyone. Worst experience ever and the support Center is awful.

Sempre super complicado fazer o check-in online. Aplicação da erro constantemente e nunca se consegue tirar o cartão de embarque à primeira.

This is slow. Not possible to get boarding passes through the app regardless of the the online checkin. If you still need to collect your boarding pass at the airport there’s no point in checking in through the app
