Airfordable

This is my second time using Airfordable. I had no issues the first time. I booked again and paid it off and my flight is tomorrow. As I went to confirm my flight with the actual airlines my schedule times were completely different from what I booked and paid for. Which completely changed my plans. On the app it still shows my original times but through the airline something else. When I got a hold of someone through Airfordable. They tell me they messaged me 3 months ago about the airline wanting to make changes to the schedule and if it wasn’t something I could do I could change it. But being that it wasn’t paid off already I had to solve it with them. Well. I looked on the app and through my email and there’s no such message about these changes. All and any message I had from Airfordable were my payments coming up and when I paid it off. Such bull.

Love this app !!! Love the fact that I can book my flight doing a payment plan .

If I could give negative stars I would. They charge you one price and then a few days later drop the price by over $60 and do not honor the change in the price of the EXACT SAME FLIGHT! So how is it that the SAME ticket I bought is now showing $60 cheaper and they don’t honor the change even though the tickets aren’t paid in full. I WILL NOT USE AGAIN

THEY CHARGE YOU HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS JUST TO USE THEIR PAYMENT PLANS AND THEN THEY RIP YOU OFF AND OFFER ZERO SOLUTIONS WHEN THEYRE SYSTEM FAILS. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. USE KLARNA, FLEXPAY/UPLIFT ETC.

I booked a refundable flight but Airfordable claims that I booked non refundable so now I have to dispute my charges because I don’t have no credit or money back for cancelled trip

They takes few hundred dollars more by saying tax although the tax is included in the original price

I hate to write this review for this black owned company but the prices for flight on this app are completely insane. I thought I was crazy looking for a flight from DC to New Orleans for dec 30-jan3 and seeing almost $1500 per ticket RT so I went to Expedia to compare and Expedia only wanted $500 per ticket round trip. Airfordable is not airfordable at all. Sorry! Did a few more price comparisons and this app is charging 40-60% more for flights. Insanity.

If I were you guys, I would not use this app. There’s no good customer service no good transparency their rules stupid if you book something and you have to cancel, you have to pay to cancel and then you still don’t get the remainder of your money back even if it’s been five days since you booked the ticket if all of you guys, I would just pay for the ticket full price and leads up. It’s just a waste of time.

I never have any issues finding cheap affordable flights last minute with Airfordable. As a travel nurse sometimes I need to pick up and go within 3-4 weeks. I’m able to plan that and find my flight with ease and not worry. It’s just one thing off my mind, I pay my upfront fee and the auto payments do the rest and my ticket is available in my wallet. Super easy! Never an issue at the airport either, quick in and out! The only delay is TSA! 😩

I have booked two round trip domestic flights so far with this app and the entire process was seamless and straightforward. However; the best part is the referral program! I posted my referral link on Instagram and so far I have earned $1100 in credits. I know this review probably sounds cheesy, but I’m not an ambassador, I wasn’t compensated for this review; I’m just a satisfied user. I’m a single mom and this app has been so incredibly helpful!
