what i get on the screen when i open the app: The operation couldnt be completed. (kCFErrorDomainCF Network Error 310) ????
App will not even launch. Returns error: “Could not process request. Please try again.” But it doesn’t work, no matter now many times you “try again.” Pretty cool concept, and desperately needed now. I appreciated it when it was working but seems to be broken now, in new version of iOS. I have tried troubleshooting. Quit app, update, hard reset. Nothing works. Hopefully they will fix soon given the importance of data security and avoiding device vulnerabilities.
What the point of this app? One of the recommendations for Facebook was to delete my account...that’s stupid! It seems like the way the score is calculate assumes that one can only be safe in the world when sharing no data whatsoever...I hardly believe that’s a sane way to live.
A friend sent this to me, knowing that I care about privacy but have a hard time figuring out what to do about it. This app makes it so easy to manage my preferences and know who has access to what. It took some time but I learned a lot about what these evil companies are doing with my data!
Love that this exists in the world! So often find myself downloading apps in a rush and clicking thru without fully reading the privacy permissions I’m extending - bad on me. This app has been an awesome way for me to “check myself before I wreck myself” - you hear me? For realz, this app saves me from myself.
