Hi I have already bought your product long time ago around 2016. It was life time subscription. Now why I need pay ??? In Apple store how can like this cheaters make app ? Long time I asked about this issue they’re never replied. Don’t use or pay for this app. Apple should need take necessary action against like this cheating. How can I get back my subscription?
Every time you switch from Airmail to another, and back again, even quickly, Airmail refreshes, and you lose where you were. It reloads the home screen! For example, you spent time retrieving an email for an event, and you are looking for a taxi in parallel. You will loose your email. It is driving me crazy. That makes the app almost useless.
The latest update has constant ‘helper’ popups and a persistent option for feedback in the menu that can’t be turned off.
So far everything has been great. Beautiful, sleek and modern design. Been on the Pro plan for a few days. Will continue to see how I ultimately feel about it.
Background refresh doesn't work, folders don't update even though the option is selected, search function is pathetic across all email providers. I wouldn't be this critical but it's a recurring paid subscription. Used it for a few years and switched to something else that's free and equally feature rich.
This used to be my go-to app for emails, but not anymore. Ever since the team decided to go ham on their subscription model, and not do anything for their existing paid users, I was out. Not only did the app not get better, I get prompted time and again to pay for more features. I get that the team needs income, but there are many ways to do your subscription model justice — don’t let your greediness tick off your users, let alone your existing users who have already paid once for the app.
An email client with nothing impressive that got famous by marketing. It's not an app that you'll enjoy using. The switch to subscription model was a middle finger to all the old users.
This app is useless - I bought it to use it across all my devices but now they need you to pay a monthly subscription just to use it. The fact that you have to purchase separately over the different devices makes you feel like you’re paying the company for no good reason. And the one that I paid to use for doesn’t even wrk properly. By the time you compose a message, an error occurs. The best alternative to this is to use gmail after integrating your business emails into it. WHAT A RIPOFF!
Should have honoured those who paid for this earlier before app moved to subscription based model. I had purchased this for iOS, ipad and Mac and now i am not getting features that I had paid for.
Paid for this app, yet get bombarded notifications on every 5th app launch to subscribe to their premium monthly services. Horrible practise.
