AirMobile

I have the AFRIHOST app and the airmobile app. Some of the mobile packages in my AFRIHOST app do not show in the Air Mobile app. Why do we have two apps?

Airmobile is so much easier to use compared to Vodacom or mtn. I don’t have airtime or data missing and I’m not looped into any contract!🥳🥳 would highly recommend getting it

All the other apps exist out of adverts and ways to extract more money from you and are actually inefficient and complicated. This app is seamless and does exactly what you would expect. So easy to add airtime and data and it seems that the app works when your data has run out, making it possible to top up, which is a great feature. I have been doing business with Afrihost over 10 years and this is yet another great invention.

The data lasts 2 months and the airtime like a year. Really solid

Why does it even have a data spend limit,that just makes it difficult to make it your main service provider because she you exceed the data spend limit then you can’t buy data for the rest of the month

I don’t get joy how you manage my account irrespective of how many times I tried resolving the bank issue, I still get suspension messages . It’s frustrating and I hope is the ast time I try to resolve this

Why is my 20 gig getting depleted in just under 2 days?

Their customer service is great and fast. Sometimes connection is faulty though battle when on calls
