In Airport Madness 3D you are an air traffic controller, managing airplanes as they travel to and from major international airports. Great game but dissoponting
What if we want a new airport but we don don’t want to pay?
Just the right mix: Airport sim/Arcade
I go back to TRACON days, and . Playing them allowed me to relax and focus (of course there were no lives at stake either). lol AM3D scratches both my ATC and airport manager itch but with the understandable compromises and I think the blend is right there, perfect (for me). I do wish they would add airport distance to flight labels and make the flight information font slightly larger at the top. Hours played stretched into days…hopefully not for weeks! ;-) Keep up the fine work and thank you!
Great game but basic AI
This is a great game and very addictive especially in the higher rates of traffic. However, the graphics and the AI are really basic, more like what you’d expect in the 90s. The ATC needs more tools, hold during taxi, option of faster slow down on landing, and a midair collision warning. For some of the maps the aircraft is too far to see if they’ll collide or no. Despite the shortcomings, I highly recommend it.
