Developer issues with bugs & more
Too many app bugs, the app will turn off so you have to turn it back on, the map zooms out to a world map so you can’t see the distance visually & have to manually zoom in now causing a delay in accepting deliveries. Operations will unassign you from a job without notice so you get jobs take from you, separate issue, they call & drop the call after the first ring so they can say you didn’t respond so they can also take the job from you & reassign it because they can’t follow Google voice prompts even though their own phone line requires the use of promote selection for customers & drivers. There is one pharmacy whom one of their staff uses Favoritism & won’t other drivers to take more than one job at a time even though they need a delivery to be picked up even though they have another one offer it b/c she probably knows the struggle & now helpful it is for us to earn more for our mile. It’s the reason why drivers have had to resort to app stacking because waiting for the paycheck can take too long as contractors. We shouldn’t be paid the same 1 week time span as with 1040 paycheck as we use a car twice as much put wear and tear maintenance we have to constantly check up on so & with 3rd party Cash availability companies that exist, not sure why Airspace hasn’t incorporated it yet. Better incentives or pay should be offered for long distance 5 drop offs or out of state because often times we barely get orders at the new place or small distance that’s not worth the trouble of delaying more time in that location. It will help us be able to drive back on those dead miles if they gave more incentives or charged the clients more. Someone of them like airlines & bases have the money to pay more so not sure why Airspace cheapens out on those long distance orders.
