When I open the app, a pop up asks me to give the app access to my data (this doesn’t bother me so much), but the pop up doesn’t close. This means I can’t use the app at all, so the devices I purchased are useless. Even if I click ‘yes please steal my data’ or ‘no please don’t steal and sell my data’ it still doesn’t work. There are no other options or ways to close this pop up. I’m guessing they will eventually fix this, but even so, the data I’m trying to measure is radiation. Being unable to access this even temporarily is dangerous, and I expect better from a large company like this. Especially with the price I paid for the devices.

Enkel och lättbegriplig, trevligt och ändå viktigt att se kvaliteten på inomhusluften för att veta när man behöver vädra ut lite radon eller koldioxid, eller ta hand om luftfuktigheten. Oväntat roligt också att gå in och kika ibland för att se trender, som att koldioxid ökar rätt bra bara när man är två i ett ett rum, men främst känns det tryggt. Alla lägenheter och hus borde ha en sån här som en norm.

This is a really frustrating product. Really quite useless. Customer service is arrogant and non-helpful. Regret the purchase of course. Save yourself the headache. Stay away

Airthings need to support all iterations of the sensors. One unit just stopped synching. Tried reset but sensor readings dont function anymore.

It takes forever to sync data from wave device compared to the old app. Often a sync error also appears.

It have everything you got to know about the air around you.

Just like every other app this one steals your data. So tired of this kind of setup, really regret buying all my airthings. Whish I would have checked beforehand for open source apps and gadgets that do not steal your personal informationa and usage data. Now the company may respond to this claiming -but oh no we only steal your data for good, to make our services better. And that is just another way of saying they sell it, or give it to other owned companies who then sell it. Stay clear of airthings if you want less spying in your life.

Purchased September, and for months the screen has been stuck on a message saying batteries are low. That is despite using the batteries they supplied, buying all new ones, and plugging the device in directly. I have tried connecting and disconnecting the device on the app, changing display settings, and still nearly 5 months later the screen is fixed. It’s just a frustrating experience. We have several other devices in a different location from AirThings that work, albeit without a level of intuitiveness that I’d rate very low.

For radon detector, works as expected. Nicely programmed all in all. Suggestion: add an AM/PM option for time axis on graphs. 24 hour time is not as commonly used in US. Also, would show recommended detector install locations on first launch. I had to dig a little to find this info.

I have two products, and syncing data with devices takes longer than a minute. There are no automatic syncing nor wifi/cloud storage, so if you do not sync the data manually, the device will start deleting the old data.
