This people don chop my 2500

You people are thieves, I converted 5000 airtime and you gave me 3500,As if that wasn’t enough, you will cut from the 3500 while I was making a withdrawal, I ended up getting 3400 out of 5000. Isn’t that wickedness?! would have just left my airtime like that,Why cut such charges without warning??

I am not enjoying this app at all and would not advise anyone to use it cos it’s just like a waste of time . I downloaded this app and I’ve been trying to use it it keeps telling me to upgrade to level 2 I don’t just understand

This oloriburuku people are a group of less than 10 people, stylishly taking peoples money at will, I’ve personally referred about 6 users to this app when I started using it 2yrs ago, 2 of the users complained to me of this same act of them but I didn’t take it serious until I had the experience for the 2nd time myself, I mistakenly transferred money into their wallet and used the withdrawal option on their website, they removed the money from my wallet and didn’t credit my primary bank attached to the wallet, I mailed, chatted the account manager and did all I could cos the money was much, up until now I haven’t been refunded all they keep telling me is they are not a bank that I can’t withdraw from my wallet, yet they included a withdrawal option on the website… be very careful of them I once bought a 10gb data like 6months ago up until now I did not receive neither the data or a refund! DONT USE, TOTAL SCAM!!!

Am so so frustrated with this app Up till now my account as not been verified for me to withdraw after converting my airtime to cash, I feel so depress and frustrated

I transferred airtime to the number they asked me to All of a sudden customer care is not reply my messages even the manager refused to pick my call , pls avoid them They’re scammers, for your own good

They are so scam that I even withdrawn my 4000 Naira it shows error at first but the money left my account still I wanted to receive on my bank account but nothing until today… I tried to contact support but nothing. Also about a week time I sold 4500 naira airtime to them but I didn’t get my money still so fake app pls run from it guys
