Still the same issues as the reviews from a year ago. Constantly times out and disconnects from the internet. Update it please

Each time I open the app it says there is a update available. I have looked and there’s not. Everything else works fine

Its a bit annoying. If I turn the air con on or off via the app sometime I have to close the app a few times and go back and do it again as it doesn’t seem to register I had turned the aircon off. Also extremely annoying the app often won’t open as says to check its connected to wifi (which it is) this can last for ages sometime or until I can get home to the wall control.

App constantly drops internet conmection. Useless

When using this app, it is very touch sensitive. Often when you adjust the temperature of change the fan speed it changes and changes back to what it was on before. You have to try multiple times to get the setting that you want. The app constantly crashes, disconnects and reconnects every time you use it. Sometimes when you turn the a/c off in the app, it appears to be off on the app screen, but doesn’t actually turn off the a/c. Very difficult using this app. Usually just easier to use the wall controller to avoid frustration.

I have no problem ever setting up any known devices on anything whatsoever but until I come across this entire joke I have even multiple different times updated my information or login details and this app will not work whatsoever I have even followed your instructions I even tried all of your original passwords and it still wouldn’t work or default I have tried everything to get this to work and nothing that I have done is making it connection at all I even wiped the system name and reset the system name and other information and I have no problems ever registering any other devices and I have no problems with my network at all this has to be one of the most frustrating application that I have ever tried using and I don’t think I’m even going to bother with it anymore

iPhone app is 99% useless. Occasionally the app works as it’s supposed to. It can’t connect to the aircon for various reasons, the most common being it thinks there’s an issue with the wifi connection. There isn’t. Both the phone and the control panel in my house have solid connection.

The app only ever works if at home and connected to the same wifi that the main control unit is connected. It never works when trying to remotely connect via the internet - despite being advertised as a main feature and the main reason we bought it. Absolute waste of money and false advertising!

App will not load at all

Installed a ducted aircon unit with airtouch2+ controller. The app could not connect to the unit and keeps poping up various error messages like time out etc. Don’t waste your money on this!
