I have had my phone through Airtalk/Airvoice for almost 3 years and they are very much so a real company. You will enjoy their free services. ❤️

This phone has cost me so much problems and I’m not getting the free data, internet nothing.

I have requested for a new SIM Card months ago and they took my money and NEVER sent the card and customer service is unresponsive. You can’t even reach them to talk to someone.

The customer service line no one ever answer

None of my issues have been fix cause they never answer the phone or call back no emails nothing and they owe my money for services I paid for but never received

I have to agree with a review I just read, this phone is for beginners. My whole life is on my phone and now I have nothing. This has actually steered me away from the iPhone. That’s just my opinion though.

My phone still don’t work anymore it doesn’t make calls i don’t have my free service on my phone I don’t know what happened I talk to someone about it and they said they were going to fix the problem

IDo NOT USE this carrier!! Total SCAM! Save yourself the headaches and aggravation! I pretty much NEVER write bad reviews, but this carrier deserves to be shut down! They make it IMPOSSIBLE to reach customer service! Which doesn’t matter anyway because customer service is completely USELESS! they don’t do anything to help! I had to keep paying for top up data when I just wanted to save money and buy the unlimited plan! But couldn’t reach anybody for 2 weeks and was forced to keep topping up data because I would be out doordashing and run out of data without any warning, no texts to let you know. The app wouldn’t let me change to unlimited plan, it said I needed to contact customer service, which was an impossible JOKE!! Had been on hold multiple times for an hour, just for a recording to come on and say I’d be called back, which they NEVER would! If you’re using them, then you most likely have an unlocked phone, so use pure talk, mint mobile or literally ANY other service but them!! They wouldn’t credit what I had spent on top up data towards the unlimited plan, even though records showed that I’d been trying to reach someone for weeks and had no other choice but to top up data bc there was no way to change my plan. Customer service wouldn’t let me speak to a manager or do anything to help, they need to go out of business because nobody would miss their service. It would save other victims aggravation.

These people are horrible to try to contact over the phone I’ve been calling for days with no answer especially if your not calling from the phone they provide. App is excellent
