AirWorkout

AirWorkout is a simple but fun to use app for your iOS device! You can create workouts using some of the predefined exercises provided by the app or create your own exercises and upload your pictures.

You can follow along with these workouts, and the app will let you know when it is time to go on to the next exercise. The created workouts can be shared with friends and family using an ID. This means you can share the workouts privately and securely.

Note - When sharing a workout, you must use the predefined exercises of the app. If you wish for a specific exercise to be added to the list, please contact us! We are adding new exercises regularly.
