Zero support
Get zero support and the system is actually very difficult to navigate around. Can’t get the cloud to recognise any of the zones so sold a wireless app Airzone but unable to use any of the functions

Helps to get the best use out of system
Very happy with the app. It’s simple to setup rooms and set temperatures. The schedule function is good and works well (although could improve by setting an end time to schedule rather than needing a new one to take over). Amazing to be able to access your hvac system from anywhere in the world!
Works Well
Having used Nest & Tado smart thermostats, this app does everything quite well. Also offers Alexa and Google integration for smart home assistants. Hopefully HomeKit integration coming soon.
Disappointed
Having just moved to an air conditioning system to be controlled with the app rather than with an old fashioned infrared remote I am so disappointed with the usability of the app. To my mind it needs some serious software development. The user interface is terrible and not at all intuitive. The scheduling function is difficult to use and seems to be inactivated if the air conditioning is run off the schedule on an as needed basis.
Bloqueo contastemente
Todos los días se bloquea, se queda pillada y al final hay que eliminar la apo y volver a instalar. Para ser algo que debe resultar cómodo y útil en tiempo teales todo lo contrario, perdida de tiempo e imposibilidad de controlar.
Una app para comodidad y ahorro
Me ha resultado fácil usar y comprender su funcionamiento. Valoro mucho poder manejar todo desde el móvil, tanto la temperatura, como el encendido y apagado, dentro y fuera de casa. También puede consultarse en la app el precio de la luz, para un mayor control del ahorro. Muy completa.
