Auto Caption Video - Subtitle

Compré el paquete por medio de Apple, $99.00 mxn y la aplicación no respeta los minutos que tengo disponibles para traducción, siempre me dice que ya no tengo créditos y que compre mas, otros $99.00 mxn. Quiero que respetan lo que pagué y el tiempo que me queda para traducir o me regresen mi dinero. ACTUALIZACIÓN: Ya la app hace bien la cuenta de los minutos, ahora los problemas que he tenido al traducir con la AI del inglés al español funciona muy bien 👍 pero del francés o alemán a español prácticamente no sirve.

Realice mi compra pero no me quita el marca de agua :/

Everytime I try to export a video it just says that my internet isn’t connected when in reality it is, it’s just the app itself, and there are lots of other bad reviews of this app and seeing how this app really is, I’m taking my business elsewhere

Liro is way easier to use. Liro had troubled w a Portuguese video i tried but it did a good job w my Spanish video

It would not transcribe my video. Wouldn’t create the subtitles. Then I signed up since I thought maybe it was just a glitch. I kept trying to upload and create subtitles for my video, and it kept telling me there was an error. Meanwhile it kept deducting time from my credit.

So one day at night I was doing a captions for like Eminem’s fast part in godzilla, at first the lyrics were funny, but then like it got the right lyrics I was surprised, so today i was gonna like do one on rap god but it said “audio speakers dialog add” like you are so lazy, I don’t know the lyrics of the (quack)ing song! You (quack) fix it, I’m annoying, I’m ok with the (quack)ing watermark, but not the (quack)ing (quack) (quack) (quack)ing bug, I (quack)ing hate it.

After paying for the watermark to be removed, I wasn’t able to export the video even though I granted access to my photos (like the pop message said). Also, I had to translate all the words since it didn’t even did that properly. Can someone please provide me with a refund.

I got charged $4.99 my subscription id until june 15 and i wasn’t able to use anything “still have the water mark” and it doesn’t put any subtitles i have to do it manually, conclusion , you stole my money and you app doesn’t work! HORRIBLE APP I WANT MY MONEY BACK

The captions weren’t that accurate and the it just stopped working one day. So annoying

I thought it wasn’t working because I was trying add lyrics to my music video but the app keeps freezing and glitching. It literally doesn’t work and I already paid. The problems are reminding me of Android apps 🤖
