Been happening for a year. You have to reinstall the app everytime. I have reached out to the help team - they just tell you to reinstall the app. There is no actual fix.

ISA and SIPP user. Love ease of use, faceID, easy funding and great selection of funds, stocks etc 8/10. In terms of feature suggestions for future versions: I’d really love to be able to specifically choose the timeframe (day, month, all time) for the percent and price change figures shown on each investment - as the timeframe shown is abit ambiguous at the moment. Also would love an automatic dark/light mode which aligns with phone OS. Anyway fantastic app. 👍

Open app, FaceID pops up, a dialog box pops up saying it wants to use AJBell to log in, disappears, and goes back to log in again. Other reviews mention this as far back as July. Ridiculous that it’s been broken this long. Update (December 2024): sign in still broken.

Loads of reviews talking about FaceID login loop. Claims that it’s fixed but it isn’t working on latest app version

1. Can we have a choice of Direct Debit dates. 2. Dividend re-investment for gilt coupons.

The app is good but the widget which should allow a quick glance at the total value of your funds always says “error” until you manually login again.

Stuck in a login cycle, does face check, returns to login screen. Pointless currently.

App stuck in a login cycle. Are these bug fixes and enhancements you mention in your releases actually tested throughly using the SRE standards? This is an investing platform which allows and facilitates the trading of hundreds of thousands of pounds daily. Your App “going down unplanned or stuck in a login cycle” as a result of minimal or inadequate software testing could potentially cost huge loses for your customer base.
