Ajax Security System

Microphone is great, missing the speaker. Now I must purchase another camera brand to have the speaker function. Major oversight.

Highly recommend this system, effective, accurate with all the bells and whistles needed, plus I love the added bonus of temperature readings in each area, to ensure I know how my animals and solar are doing while I’m off the property. Regular updates keep us all ahead of the game too.

Great reliable alarm system integrated with our security company. I just wish it had Apple homekit integration. Any eta on that?

I use it in my house and office love the fact that certain areas can be armed and others disarmed !!!

Since a few versions back, the coordinates of where one can click on the group icons seem to change, often the group icon does not respond and you actually have to click on the text description itself below the icon, to arm/disarm a group. We get reports that the app is not responding, but it is actually the group icon that does not respond to taps.

Great app and reliable devices as well. It would be very beneficial to select specific units and add them to a separate “mode” that can be armed at any time. Like “upstairs”, “downstairs”, etc Thanks 👍🏽

Will it be possible to have an option of “vibrate” or a gentle sound, when the system is armed and the alarm goes off when in a meeting, church etc?

The best security system i ever used. Easy to setup, and ad to. Rock solid performance - In three years i have not had even one false alarm. I highly recommend Ajax.

We bought this system to protect our family whilst living in South Africa with all the crime. I can assure you that the whole setup of the Ajax alarm system in general is very secure as well as efficient!! The Ajax app is very easy to use, for people who don't have any tech skills! The “Jeweller” (the main hub of the alarm system) is on point with the requested tasks the user wants as outputs!! (the main hub/hubs are also stylish for any home :) I have realised that some people claim that the system does false recognitions when the “Active alarm” is on. Doing more research on this topic as well as going to the Ajax internet page it clearly has shown that the OUTDOOR alarms adjust with its environment after a short period to then accurately sense any unwanted intruders when successfully adjusted to the placed environment. In summary I would highly recommend this System to keep your loved ones safe as well as you as an individual!!

Got the Ajax system recommended by family friends. By far the best. The app UI is polished, the system works seamlessly and the whole system works like a dream. And the new dark mode is especially amazing for me. This is fantastic, especially in a country like South Africa! Thanks for creating this, Ajax!
