Erratic app with extremely poor design. ALD should invest on good IT.

After iOS 17 update, the App hangs up at Sell/Buy order, and eventually you need to close the app.

When the world has moved on to faster and more user friendly apps. This AKD app is a disgrace in terms of its usability and user interface. No extra features are added from the last 5 years I have been using it. I have to because I don’t have any option otherwise if it’s simple to move to other brokers I would happily do. No account statement features no withdrawal feature. It’s a brokerage they charge for services it’s about time they at least make a better app or hire a better team to make a better app for god sake.

AKD not doing anything to improve it. Suggest new users to avoid it.

AKD App is very poor and it’s performance is very bad. Unfortunately the company is big but they didn’t develop good app and it held again and again and I have to login many times during work.

Very slow app , please update it

Most of the time specially on friday whenever i open the app it show me “Network connection was lost”
