You ‘re better off ordering food through Talabat and other official restaurant apps and websites. Almost always an added 40 LE on top actual price for delivery and tax. Customer services’ response to hours of delay and food being sent to wrong locations is money coupon that not all restaurants accept. Just a terrible experience overall. App shouldn’t exist.

Downloaded the app to order McDonald’s To find out that they don’t do McDonald's 😡😡😡

After waiting for more than 20 minutes for just accepting my order, the support team called and informed me that the restaurant does not serve my location zone !! Then, why that restaurant was valid from the start and after I selected my location already ! Last time to use such an app .

Can’t login, don’t remember the password when trying to login with phone number.. Can’t reset password as well, don’t remember the email. Plz allow reset password by phone..
