Nothing responds. Can’t even access to clinical lab reports nor any other features.

What a horrible and time consuming app, nothing works, you can’t even see what you type. Did the creators not check before posting it or was this specifically designed to torture your patients? Plz fire the people who designed this app.

I was admitted in AKU Karachi now I want to view my reports and I can’t. I don’t have receipts as AKU don’t give receipts to patients. There should be a way to access all my reports through this app. Currently its a useless app.

The app needs drastic overhauling. Sometimes it doesn’t show report that are ready. Sometimes it doesn’t log in properly. Each time i tried using the app I had to spend more time which is against the spirit of the app and then i revert back to website for my clinical reports.

Poor service.

Useless My report was ready by 2pm whereas in application it was pending at 6pm.

Too bad ! When you have a profile having MR number. It should show all of your previous e reports. Unfortunitly you have to enter ID password again and again for every test. It should fix with MR number
