the app works terribly

Very this app to use I am a board member in my community manage 105 houses and it works great

I have 2 locations and the new one I’m not able to access at all😢

PLEASE for the love of the heavens , Please make it so that you can HEAR your phone or something when your phone is on silent and also the app takes too long to open up the app when someone is ringing , it’s frustrating.

The worst intercom system out there . So much money wasted for nothing. The camera facing the road, sometimes barely can see who is outside the door. The morrons, who installed this didn’t even finish the job. The app loads 30or more seconds, sometimes even more, so you cannot see who’s at the door, the ring in the office goes crazy even if we use the app to open the door. This app is not working properly. We had it for a month and the company who installed it doesn’t come to fix what horrible job they did. Complete waste of money and time! The magnet WONT HOLD THE DOOR. And it is installed for a security. I will just buy the ring, and install a better magnet that works from the remote and that’s it. Upsetting for everyone who works in the office.

The app on the watch is unusable. The app freezes every time I try to unlock the door. Please fix. Also, I noticed that the unless I have my iPhone on me, the watch app doesn’t work at all.

The app stopped working. I can’t unlock my door!

This app keeps malfunctioning. I can’t access the camera. I’m missing deliveries, because the bell is not ringing on my phone. It’s difficult to contact the “service provider” for help with these issues.

This app is completely ignorant of the user’s privacy. It is impossible to see who is at the door without enabling sending video from my phone to the caller as well. What if I’m in the bathroom? Have the developers of this app ever actually used it?

This app is trash, it stopped working and now I can’t use my app to unlock my door.
