Al Ain Water - Water Delivery

App deducts additional amount from the wallet balance. Customer service support is not helpful at all as they always close my complain case without even solving the problem. Not recommended.

App has so many issues. I added some amount to my wallet and it vanished in 5 minutes. It will take days of follow up to get this amount back. Not able to logout also properly.

Every week not coming 3 or 4 times calling after coming

Tried with multiple cards. Keeps giving an error. Deleted the app and tried to reinstall. Doesn’t work either. Disappointing I will be moving to nestle or oasis soon

Bad service

Just a scam company, which at beginning tells you like yes, everything will be at the best service, just put money on account balance. Then, when you do as operator says they don’t care anymore. Agreements for deliveries at certain time? No, we have own vision on it. Something you don’t like? Your problems. Refunds? Company policy such, that we don’t do any refunds, so consider you just gifted money to us if you don’t accept quality of service we give to you. In general - totally not recommend even thinking to order from them anything

Registration doesn’t work. Allows you to ‘top up’ wallet and debits the money from your card but does not actually credit the wallet or allow any ordering with it (wallet always shows zero balance)

I have been waiting for water for 4 days now. Every time I have to call they tell me water will be delivered today. The one guys even to raise the query with a supervisor and call me back - no call back, Ahmed was his name. I ask for my money back so I can use a different provider, they say sorry you must transfer money to someone else or you must use it!!! Bad pathetic service.

The application duplicated my wallet recharge. Redeem codes do not work with the vendors. I have to wait 90-100 minutes on a chatter for someone to attend. Phone lines are always busy not able to get through.
