They have integrated NADRA for online biometric via this app however it doesn’t work. Don’t have endless time to keep capturing finger prints and discovering that these don’t match to NADRA records. It’s considerably user unfriendly app and the bank has launched it half baked with several bugs. Very annoying and disappointing for the customers.

since I’ve updated to iOS 17, the app starts to launch but then fails to open. Downloaded again - still doesn’t work. Al Baraka phone help doesn’t recognise the problem and I am not getting any reply via email either!
Not recommended at all. Worst bank, worst app, worst customer care department. Do yourself a favour to never go there please.

Transactions, such as transfers and bill payments, are quick and hassle-free.
I complained couple of time and they say in September issue will be fixed as they are working on iOS 18 we are now in October and still have same issue
