I have ordered 3 units of Splenda diet sugar and they accepted my order and the payment has been done, After 24 hours, they told me that the product is not available in all branches !! Ok, no problem, where’s the refund? Sorry it will be done After 7-14 days 😄😄 Suppose to get my refund within minutes of canceling the order, we are in 2024 and in KSA and in a New era of technology. But unfortunately this is the system 🤷‍♂️

I recently placed an online order with Dawa pharmacy for a specific item that was listed as available. When I arrived at the store to pick it up, however, I was told the item was actually out of stock. This wasted my time and caused inconvenience.
