Al Emad the worst car rental company in Dubai ever !! We rented the car at JLT Brunch already with too many scratches and dents !!! It’s really awful... then suddenly we touched the wall on the building parking and found out that car doesn’t have a polish from the right side and we have to pay 1200 AED for it !!! Staff is trying to be nice, but it’s absolutely fake ( fake hospitality and fake smiles) especially from customer service representative - Naima ! She made me so nervous and couldn’t explain me with a normal way, also she thought that I’m assistant of my mom and several times on indirect way asked us to leave . I strongly advise anyone not to use the services of this company, unless you want to pay twice and get stress from the car!🙏🏻 Even, the manager of this company said that their cars are failing apart ! And have not been given for repairs for a long time! don't put yourself in danger!!!!🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻
