But every single it asks for OTP even at logging in despite of registering my phone. It’s so frustrating and not so efficient or facilitating. Even the face ID doesn’t work. It worked on my previous phone but not on the new phone.

Too slow. Most of the times it doesn’t respond. Infinite loading.

It's not working it says app needs location permission but in my ios there is no option for location access in apps setting

I’ve submitted so many complaints on customer service about the app frozen glitch, but still not get my app fixed.. poor response, poor services and i’m literally regretting choosing bank al habib

I have been using different banks' apps for 10 years now and have concluded that the Bank Al Habib's digital banking services are the worst.

Worst application ever used in my life

I just updated and after this its not showing my balance or didnt get my transaction in my account please fix this

I have been an account holder of Bank Al Habib for like 15+ years. Its been ages since I registered on the mobile application. It works extremely slow and I wonder why it never saves my credentials like the other applications do. Not surprised to see plenty of 1 stars here!!

The application is not user friendly, makes things complex to understand and is kind of a manual log book.
