cant blame the app
I hope Al Mulla online transaction will be available also for most labour bank card holder. Since most costumer of you are labours maybe the company should cooperate to the banks and allow us have a bit luxery of using this app. The app requires OTP on mobile number which my bank doesn’t support registration of mobile number. Maybe because its the lowest form of card here in Kuwait.

Nobody help me how to log in coz it says proof identity are expired. Need to delete this app

Slow service
How come every time I try to log in to the app asking for update !!! Which means that you have slow service not as what you pretend
Every week their is update
We’re fed up with updates all times and overall it’s good experience but stop it updating frequently thanks
