طلبت طلب امس ولم يصلني الي غاية الان الساعة ثمانية ونص الصبح لان الصيدلية وقت عملها محدد لذلك انصح بفارما زوم ورويال واي صيدلية ما تقفل وخدمة العملاء ما يردون .. اخر مرة اتعامل معاهم

لافي متابعه للمشتريات و لا في توقيت توصيل و لاجهات تواصل و خدمة العملاء سيء جدا حاطين برنامج و نسيتو الهدف منه جربت مرتين معاكم و نفس النتيجه السيئه

خدمة العملاء سيئة جدًا طلبت قبل 3 ساعات من البرنامج وماوصل وتلفون وواتساب محد يرد

كنت محتاج شىء ضرورى ، طلبت منكم طلبى وصل فى وقت قياسى رغم انه كان توصيل مجاني فشكراً 🌹

- نزلت التطبيق عن طريق موقعهم مع كود خصم ولما بدفع بنفس اللحظة كتبلي الكود منتهي. -متابعة الطلب غير واضحة بالتطبيق. -التوصيل جداً تأخر.
