Very upset & disappointed
I start using this app through Corona time to save my time & avoid going out to transfer money. Mainly I was using Western Union services. What makes me very upset is : 1. The app always hangs after signing in and I need to start over many times 😠 2- while I can send money through the app, I cant make editing to the name or canceling the transaction using it! I must go to any Muzaini office & make a request for cancellation then I must go again to collect my money back !! This is very unpractical & -to be more clear- very stupid 👎🏼. The idea of using online services is to make things easier for the costmer but what I see when I used Almuzaini app is that it makes it easer to take the money but very difficult to get it back ! This is very annoying & I talked to the customer service many times about it but they don’t seem to care enough.
