I have been able to operate or make any transaction on my account for the past one Month despite my efforts to contact the customer support service but to no avail . Money stuck and can’t withdraw my money till now . Very disappointed I must confess . Aside this nothing more and the App is just a good choice .

Aladin app is one off the very worst app have ever seen in my life over 3 days now am unable to transfer my money so annoying

Big thieft pay twice for virtual card without refunds Big scam Check review before downloading app.

Did airtime purchase and was debited but airtime was not credited to my line. Did EKEDC prepaid recharge same story. Sent message to chat support but no response to even after 1 week. Reported the transaction still no response even after one week. Very poor app with poor management.

this app just keep saying fetching i can do anything on the app

I haven’t been able to open the app for 2 weeks now and I have money in there, can’t do anything, I constantly have to delete and reinstall it every single time
