I don’t have any options to add sick notes or say my child will be collected early etc or send a message to the teacher etc

I have to say it is really good to know the latest news and track your student profile well done

The UI does not even fit correctly into iPhones with larger screens. It is really just a web-based database. How difficult can it be to develop this kind of app?

Biometrics is a joke .. just takes you to login page…. Constant security e mail login from a new device ITS ME AND THE SAME DEVICE…..red dot notification… login… no message…. I have 2 children in infants and primary… switching between accounts like sticking pins in ya eyes…..one security e mail away from deleting and telling schools to communicate direct with me……

Awful app, even though it can send me notifications and I can read them in the notification centre, when I open it, it insists on my password everytime, I’m at the stage where I’m resetting my password everytime I open it.

Can’t open files on phone, no problem on pc , can you fix please

Every time I go to use the App I’ve to enter email and password. Bit of a pain.

Incredibly difficult to read if your eyesight is impaired. A darker font or at least the ability to enlarge messages and notifications would be of great help.

I’m using the latest iOS and app version. This app never saves my login data. On every app launch I’m logged out, my phone is treated like a new device, the app asks me for my credentials, I provide them, select that my device is a personal device, I select that I want to be kept logged in (at which point I get an email that I logged with a new device). After that, shutting off the screen or the app, always results in losing the login information and my phone being treated as a new device. I literally have to relog on every app launch; incredibly frustrating to have to battle basic functionality implemented poorly.
