Easy to buy tickets and see what movies are showing. I love the movie history section.

I’ve been frustrated with the apps performance for a month now. I cannot reserve seats even after updates. I pay for the movie pass and I am required to use the app for that. I’m heavily considering canceling and finding a new theater because of how frustrating the experience is. I’ve even tried installing the app on other devices and I all I get is the same Uh Oh error. Either at the seat selection or payment screen.

The app will not add an event ( movie time ) to the calendar. It says the app needs permission to add events; this is enabled (full access is not enabled).

absolutely agonizing. It does not work with my pass. Zero support. There is nothing for me to do. I hate it.

It was amazing app and coolest and one problem date of birth is malfunctioning and need to be fix and great app.

This app is surprisingly terrible. I don’t know how many times while at checkout, the “uh-oh” screen pops up and then I refresh to see that my previously selected seats are now taken, so I opt for less desirable seats. The less desirable seats are purchased. Then after a few minutes the original seats we wanted are open again! It’s maddening.

It takes more clicks to access your purchased tickets now. And a convenience fee for Season Pass holders? Who is this going to? Your workers sure aren't doing anything.

My friend tried buying tickets at the theater. He was directed to the app and told they don't sell tickets in the theater. The app charges you a $3 convenience fee for buying a ticket on the app. This is so gross. You force us to use the app and then charge us $3 to do it? That's just gross. Exceedingly poor customer treatment.

It doesn’t progress past the payment option if using your Season Pass. It used to work great but seems they’ve screwed it up with the latest update.
