Got stuff for my sister, the stuff quality justifies the price.

The quality of the clothes is great. It’s a shame the delivery and customer service are so bad. I made an order on Oct 25 and still haven’t received it, it’s Nov 7 now. Highly need to work on their processing and delivery.

Ordered an item, gave 50 shipping charge , returned the item paid 80 again. Refund issued and reordered the next size , again paid 50 So in total 180 rs gone plus the discount coupon gone as my first experience with this site Agreed products are good. But the shipping and the return can be a bit more transparent.

Alamode by Akanksha has truly made my online shopping experience amazing. It's a fast fashion brand, but the quality of the items is surprisingly good for the price point. Navigating through the app is smooth and hassle-free. Very happy with my orders

Very disappointing experience with the first ever purchase. They charge delivery fee, no exchange policy available and return pickup is 3 times delivery charges. After paying all they give a code only so that you are bound to buy from them. Now after so much struggle I have got my coupon code from the so called CUSTOMER CARE, pathetic service one, the site is not accepting the coupon code. There is no number on the website to contact so you are on their mercy to be attended. I wish I could get hold of THE AKANKSHA and drag her to consumer court

Exchange policy is horrible. They charge too much for reserve pickups or even for exchanging orders for size issues.

This is the worst Website I have ever trusted. Seems like all the stuff is brought from Sarojini and then sold by the name of the owner. Worst part is once you place the order, there is no way you get your money back. It’s LOCKED TO THEIR WEBSITE and you have to use it again to order something else. ZERO FLEXIBILITY AND NO NUMBER TO CALL. WORST WEBSITE EVER. I will report the website to the police cz this is not a way of trapping people and their hard earned money

Alamode is hands down the best brand when it comes to designs and variety, have used it several times for gifting and received amazing feedback every time

Exchange option is not available, even though it is mentioned as exchange/ return. Only return is available. Charging from customer for shipping cost for both delivery and pick up is ridiculous. Also refund amount doesn’t go to source of payment, only in terms of gift card is available. No customer contact number. Never ever recommend this to any one.
