I purchased the Romy dress in XS. Unfortunately it did not fit my bust properly. I attempted to return this item for refund since an exchange would not suit my body. I tried to contact the label by making an international call to Australia. (I live in California). I left a voicemail stating that I had attempted to return the item but the app was not verifying my purchase. After that I was contacted by a representative who stated that I would be assisted in returning the item after a vacation (I was at the airport about to board a flight when contacted). This did not happen. I tried one last time and instead of dealing with the hassle, I have a dress that I paid a significant amount of money for that is still packaged. This is an unfortunate event. Had costumer service been better I would have continued to pay for what I thought was one of a kind purchases. Never again. Unless you know exactly how something is going to fit, take your business elsewhere.
