Logs me out after every other session
Really annoying that I have to type in my user login details after every other session - that is, at least once a day. Product itself is amazing. Actually makes me feel good 😊

At first when was jour app I was able to sign up even if no employer signed you up. Now it’s just for people with professional emails which I can’t afford to pay for. Which was like calm or other apps of the sort. Which could use with a plain simple free email. Without employer or professional email needed. Maybe one day there have a paid option on their app for regular email users. Until then goodbye app you once were great!
If you had a previous account with journal entries, it’s gone and they gave no warning.
There is no indication on the app description ANYWHERE that it isn’t available to the general public. But after reading some of the other reviews Im a little shocked and disappointed that it hasn’t been corrected yet. A developer response from early in JUNE of 2023 says they’re working on fixing the description to make it clear it’s only for “enterprise” usage…
No where on this store page does it mention anything about needing to be connected to an employer yet every time I attempt to make an account, it tells me I’m not allowed to without an invitation and to speak to my HR department. At the very least it should be written somewhere, if not very clearly, that this is connected to employers and not available to the general public. Thanks for an irrelevant item in my purchase history.
App was recommended and I downloaded it, but it won’t let me use it unless my employer invited me? So incredibly odd, why doesn’t it say this in the App Store? It’s marketed as if anyone can use it. Very annoying to find out after it was downloaded.
When I first started using this app, which used to go by the name Jour, I was excited to have a digital platform to store my thoughts and emotions. However, the rebranding of the app came with a major flaw - users lost all their journal entries and recordings. This was a huge disappointment and inconvenience for many, including myself. The primary function of the app is to provide a safe and secure space for users to express themselves as an alternative to pen and paper and the disregard for the existing users is not acceptable. This example demonstrates a lack of consideration for users. This kind of behavior does not instill confidence in the new Alan Mind app. Users may be uncertain about how to ensure the security of their journaling and whether their entries will be preserved in the future.
You can’t charge me for something that doesn’t work and then refuse to respond. Apple nor you will speak with me but charged me $80 for an app that isn’t functioning. Save your coin and your mental health people 😊
I can’t even get in if my “employer” didn’t invite me, nowhere here it says this is how it works.
love this app so much and have been using it for years! but the app literally doesn’t work sometimes. often try to open the app and it doesn’t work :(. also problems with scrolling within journal entries that i would love to be fixed so i can continue using the app!
