• online claims submission—in most cases payment is available next business day,
• real-time claims history—find out if a claim has been processed with direct deposit date,
• cancel or modify a claim—quickly make changes without phoning or waiting on hold,
• upload receipts—take a photo of your receipt and upload,
• benefit lookup—whether it is for prescription drug, health or dental, you can look up eligibility, how much of a benefit has been used and see when your next full-maximum is available,
• direct-bill provider lookup—through google maps, find providers near you who direct-bill,

Not working
I cannot access the app anymore since it needs to be updated. But yet it’s not letting me up date it…
My wife cannot enter her own benefit claim
Because my wife is considered a dependant on my plan she has no access to submit her own claim on the app. This is totally unacceptable. Please change that.
Next day refund mostly
App is fast and easy Claims appear processed immediately online.
Update every time I use the app!?
Absolutely every time I use this app I have to update it first. Why is that? Is there not a robust testing of the app version before releasing it? There are constant bug fixes.

Great service ever
I also can’t submit any claims through the app.
Writing on 20/Feb/2024, the app won’t let me submit a new claim. It gives me a green loading circle for 10 seconds and then doesn’t proceed. It also does not remember any of my previous providers, so I had to re-add them manually. Very inconvenient and I hope this is fixed soon. I have been considering cancelling my Blue Cross plan for a while now, the mobile app not working might push me over the edge.
Can’t submit any claims
The app used to work but now it won’t let me submit any claims. After clicking the submit button a green circle appears for 10 seconds and then it goes away and nothing is submitted. Super frustrating- I’ve tried submitting a claim many different times on different days over the past week. Nothing works. Please fix the app

I love the app. Its simple and easy to find information and submit claims!
Bluecross app
Great app, easy to submit claims and see balances. To make it better, add FaceID or auto populate password. It’s annoying to enter/search password key.
