Long story short. I was never told i had to charge my ring door camera when the people came up to my house selling it to me. They promised me 2 free necklaces to call for help, just in case you fell down and couldn’t access your phone. Those never came. So another lie, and pretty cheap door bell camera

They tell you $60 can cancel at anytime but you have to pay out 90% of the term contract. Their term contract is 5 YEARS. 60 months. You have to pay thousands. Watch out!!!!!!

I love how easy it is to use. My sales rep was very friendly and helped me every step of the way.

Everything about this company was a red flag and I should have never got with them when the sales rep asked to hit my weed. And the tech man who set up left my door open! Not just unlocked but OPEN! Very unprofessional and good luck canceling they make it super hard. Stay far away from these people. It’s not even worth it tbh

I’ve had Alder for a while now. I’ve never had issues with the older system, but it was pretty basic. This system is awesome 10/10 and highly recommend getting it.
