It so irritating that the prices aren’t shown. You have to go through the downloading and signing up process before you get the prices. So if you don’t like the price, you have to delete again and it was all a waste of time. Then in order to waste your time even further it won’t delete your account until you type a phrase into a box. Even then, you can’t proceed… until you realise it’s case-sensitive. And they presumably have your contact details after all this. To save you the bother, it’s little under £15/ month or ninety-something per year. You can’t listen to anything without signing up. You get 7 days free trial but then they will charge so don’t forget to cancel it if you don’t want to continue!

This is a great idea, I like the option to listen to or read the content, and to see where you’ve got to on the audio if you want to switch to text. But it’s not easy to see if any new content has been added - I’ve subscribed for over a month and it’s not obvious if there’s been anything new in that time. A ‘date added’ button would help. One item in particular has been advertised as ‘coming soon’ the whole time I’ve been subscribed, but still hasn’t appeared. Once I’ve listened to all the ones I’m interested in I will probably cancel my subscription.

I love this app! Wonderful stories. You can read and listen at the same time or enjoy the artistic yet informative videos! Thank you :) I know this is a new app but it’d be nice to add a feature that we could continue reading at the very same place we left the app.

The stories are great quality and a suitable length to escape into (approx an hour). Excellent range of top talent actors! Really well designed app too.

I was interested to find out more about this exciting new platform. I signed up but my attempt to watch in order to see a sample failed. I kept being taken to subscription with 14 days free trial. I don’t want to start that way. I want to watch at least one sample without having to subscribe!

Just downloaded and subscribed to this rubbish app. It’s slow, clunky and the play button don’t work. Utter trash.

App offers a trial period in which it would supposedly notify user when trial period is about to end and then charge subscription fee. Never received a notification as such, and found that I am being charged an annual subscription fee, an option I never selected. There is no in app account support for users, nor any customer support number available. Without any resolution on the table, I feel cheated out of my money.
