This is one of the best insurance company. I have a deal with my life.

I love this insurance company they are friendly respectful caring people and they are affordable

Could not easily find a way to change my banking information for payments. Have to call to make sure everything is in order.

I make sure the “remember me” box is checked but still have to sign in every time I use the app.

I tried to log in on the roadside where they were checking insurance cards and app would not let me in. I knew I was using the right user name and password. Should incorporate facial ID on iPhone. Too many steps to get logged in when you need your insurance info.

This application is lacking. You have to use a PC to add policies versus being able to add them on the app. It will not work on my Android version 14 and it recently started working on my iPad but it will glitch too frequently. They will lose business in an online world. The standard message you get from Alfa is that they are sorry for the inconvenience please call customer support. When you do that, they don’t know what to do. God help you if you go paperless

Unable to “Login” to the app .. although Face ID is working. All worked well until last update .. Now unable to check current bill and / or make a payment. App just displays a continuous “swirly” effect on screen when attempting to login. UGH !!

I feel safe with Alfa as my insurance company!

Always have to get a code and can’t log in on two devices
