I’ve just updated the app and when I open it, it keeps telling me to update the app even though I’ve just done it. As a result, I’m unable to access my account.

Hello, The customer service are not getting back to me yet or even taking time to even reply a single email. I have dropped my nominated account since on the 11th of January 2024 and I was told it will take 28days but it’s not over 28days delayed. I have bills to pay please HELP. Thanks

“Open an account in minutes”… I’ve been waiting for verification for a week since submitting ID/selfie…

I have three bank transfers pending now for 3 weeks. I messaged and got we will look into it reply. Nothing since. Where is my money. It’s now been 3 weeks they have held my money.

Amazing customer service! Everything runs smoothly. Points for improvement: International transfers Direct debits and recurring payments Ability to delete the details of recipients Cash deposit at PayPoint.

App is decent, had good benefits (cashback) but it’s expiring soon. Pay at pump services don’t work though as Algbra doesn’t allow those types of transactions. Support is responsive but it seems the agents can’t answer some questions about their services such as the previously mentioned pump payments. The other downside is that the there’s no FSCS protection however as they only offer a current account that’s not a huge deal. Overall good but not a long term challenger to Chase as an example. Also it’s nice how the cash-back automatically goes into your account, but it’s not great that it’s so frequently as when looking back over my transactions it’s adds a lot of visual clutter to look back through loads of tiny cashback payments.

Firstly, huge thanks to algbra for this incredible movement. Much needed in our society for environmental awareness, ethical habits and the convenience of day to day banking. Have never been happy for any application as much as I am using algbra. It is becoming a lifestyle more than money managing application. Absolutely incredible job team algbra 🌸

Closed my account for no reason and without giving me a reason lol, I guess I’ll stick with monzo. All these banks are just full of joke

Such an underused feature and people love it. Even add a 0.15% fee each time and free for a subscription plan and people will still use it have a subscription plan to keep cashback rewards at 1.5% say and credit score in app. Interest on balances and more. People will pay for that. Make the bank just have more features. Forget these insurances just gives us value for our money And cashback, interest and credit building tools and free card and Apple Pay top ups. Revolut leading this charge.
