I’m trying from many days but OTP is not coming on my sim but sim works

If i add a member through UID. My pass disappears and i have to enter my EID again please resolve.

It takes lots of time for otp number and when it comes and i enter it it says invalid code enter again. All the super markets and malls here in abu dhabi require this app status please fix this as soon as possible

Dear AlHons Team, I am Zeshan Zahid from Dubai trying to contact you for the correction of my vaccination details in the application. I got two doses of Astra Zanica vaccine dated 10/03/2021 (1st dose) and 7/5/2021 (dose). But in the Alhosn app it is showing that I took 1st dose on 7/5/2021. I try to send you email many times but it failed due to full inbox. Helpline is also of no use because I can’t connect to a person to get this done. Kindly contact me to fix the issue and I will share all my details to get this done. Looking forward to hearing from you soon!

It is not showing my any data test results, vaccine history nothing. Just logging in and that's it it will not give any kind of information or data

I have installed this app on my Iphone 12 pro max but not working properly since 23 April 2021

I got my test result today morning on my mobile msg but on this application it’s still not showing my yesterday result

I miss this app 😭😭😭
